Well im 14 way 110 lbs. and am only 5'1" and a half. I really want to cut down on my legs. Dont say your skinny and stuff bc i think i do have a slender upper body but the problem is I run and play soccer and most of my weight is muscle in my legs and i look (to me) dispaportionite. Also whenever i ry to work out to lose weight I end up getting bulkier. Do u know of any excersizes i could do without bulking up and dont need any high tech things i have to buy. Thx!!
