I need help on my back handspring!?

Well i've almost got my back handspring. The only thing holding me back is occasionally i'm not using enough shoulder strength and my arms are buckling. Tips would be greatly appreciated :D

  1. every time that you do your bhs, make sure that you lock your arms. also, do some push ups each day. eventually you will get it


  2. Lock your arms. Before you do it stand straight, and put your arms up so that your like touching the sky, have someone press hard on your hands. This is what it should feel like when your passing through your handstand in your back handspring. Do some push ups.

    You'll eventually get the hang of it.
