I need help on my essay.?

Question

my essay is a biography about a friend

im not too sure how to end or start it.

the last line i have goes like...

"and he wants to be a business manager when he grows up"

and the beginning line goes

"his name is isiah whitmore.."

any help works! thanks

As an English teacher I suggest you begin with what is called the "hook."  

Isiah Whitmore knew as a child he wanted to be a businessman.

Now tell why.  General statements must be given details.  How did he know? Did he see someone that impressed him?  Did he know how to communicate with people as a child?   It is all in the details.  Why, how, who, when, you know.

That is all I am going to give you. Even the most mundane topic can be made exciting.  Writer's license is what you have. Go for it.
