I need help on my fafsa?

okay so i got my SAR in march and it had one mistake in it and recently i been trying to get back in and fix the mistake, but it wouldn't let me in. cuz i forgort my pin #, and i click on the forgot pin, i enter in the wrong answer for the question that i pick out before. i also tried the re-establish pin, duplicated pin...so now that i've tried so many times, it says my pin # has been deactivated. (so i created a new pin, cuz i decided to start my FAFSA all over, but i choose the wrong application, the 07-08 FAFSA ) anyways, i waited 3 days for today to go back in and fix the mistake but it won't let me in cuz of the pin# issue. FAFSA for 08-09 (i will be a freshman in college this Fall) and i did called the customer services and she said the same thing for me to wait 1-3 days, okay thanks for reading...i'm 2 stress out...i'm doom!

will i still get the fanicial help, with only one mistake?

First of all, be sure when you get your new PIN number that you don't try to start over on your 08-09 fafsa.  This will do you no good and will NOT update the information.  

You need to go in and make a "correction" with your PIN number.    OR, If you have a printed PAPER SAR you can call the Dept of Education's 1-800 number and they can make the correction for you by providing them the DRN number listed on your SAR.  No need to wait on a pin!

"Will I still get fin help?"  Of course, just limit your corrections... too much activity will slow the process down.

most likely, they tend to overlook small errors, especially when it comes to numbers being like if your gross income was really 25,600 a year and you wrote 24,600 they is no problem really. BUt if you want to get in again, just make a new pin and click on the right application, if you have any more questions feel free to ask. Good luck.
