Firstly, write in your essay what stem cell is. Google 'define:stem cell' to get good definitions. These are basically the cells that have the ability to turn and mature as any kind of cell in body e.g. cardiac (heart), hepatic (liver) etc.

advantage: you can help to cure diseases such as parkinson etc.

disadvantage: it sounds 'immoral'. Im not very sure about it in detail sorry :(
