Take a cruise. The rates are all encompassing except for tours. I went to the Mayan Rivieral and I thought it was very cost efficient to cruise and just pay for the excursions.

We spend 10 days in Dreams Cancun and had a wonderful time.All of the  Dreams Resorts have the best staff and the food is very good.

Dreams belong to a hotel group called Preferred Resorts.

go to this site and sign up for a membership (it's free) Don't book your room with them, too expensive.

Apple vacations has some financial stake in Dreams so I think you will get a good package with them. But check all the sites, even a travel agency sometimes is cheaper then on line sites.
