I need help on post defense. I am shorter than everyone else i play with and all they have to do is post me up

i am about 5'6- 5'8 and most of the guys i play with are taller than me so all they have to do is post me up. So i was wondering on how i could improve my post defense. And what to do in a game situation.

never let them get postion on u win they always have a hand in there face and dont let them get near the box make them take jumpers by forcing them outside

Avoid Letting the Bigger Player get into His range which is normally around the box, as the player backing  you in to recieve the pass in the post Drive him to the Outside with your body, it doesn't take must energy to Use his momentum and Drive him out of position, if the player forces you to where he wants keep your hands close to his sides (if your behind him) and Play the hand that he uses to catch the pass inside to knock it away, sometimes bigger isnt always better as long as you understand how the person moves, just be quicker. heres another tip for when he already has you in position in the post, most bigger player turn around to Go up for a Shot instead of going straight up with their back turned, all you need to do is pay attention to how the player turns  back off briefly as he backs you in to throw him off and be prepared to knock the shot down before he brings it chest level.
