  1. Two types of people visit garage sales: people looking for a great deal and antiques hunters. A quick look on ebay to research your price is a good idea. If you just want to pass on some nice toys a dollar a doll is a good price.

  2. The things you are selling are valuable to some people, but if your goal is to actually 'get rid' of everything, you have to price things much lower than the value you would get if you priced them for sale on eBay or Amazon.  Top price should be $10 and work your way down from there.  For instance the doll house should be $10 and the dolls should be $5 or less, depending in the condition.  You would have to sell the clothes all together in a zip lock bag for $5.  That's the way yard sales are, CHEAP....it's either that or keep everything.

  3. These items would make a child or orphan very happy. Call the red cross or salvation army. They will pick up these items and you can get a receipt for full value as a tax deduction

  4. If theses items sre in good condition (like the barbies) you shouls sell one doll already dressed and 1 extra outfit for 7.99

The doll house could go for around 30.00 if it is in good shape. The polly pockets could go for a few bucks (sorry) The cars and fruniture could go for 5.00 every few peices

    Example:

    3 pieces= $ 3.00-5.00

    Hope this helps!!!!!
