I need help on spanish??!?!?

HEY GUYS! Spanish is really hard for me.. =(

This is my question:

¿Qué hace cuando no tiene escuela?

I need to answer it in perfectos/imperfectos/subjunctivos. Examples please?

So you need to answer what you do while not in school...so basically what you do in your free time. It would help if you could list your hobbies b/c it seems to me that you are having trouble using those 3 tenses.

When you say you have to answer it in perfectos...what do you mean? Are you referring to the present perfect?

The imperfect is a past tense and it&#039;s easiest to think of it as saying what you used to do or where doing...the &quot;ing&quot; endings. Por ejemplo:

-Cuando era nino nadaba en el mar todos los dias. Durante las vacaciones de verano jugaba el futbol cada miercoles y nunca queria dormir.

It&#039;s a little harder to use the subjunctive to answer that question and I don&#039;t think I would have chosen it as a requirement for that. The subjunctive is NOT a tense, rather it is a mood. The way most high schoolers learn the subjunctive is that there must be a subject change after the &quot;que clause&quot;. For your paper you would most likely use an &quot;if clause&quot;.

Por ejemplo: Si fuera un hombre rico, viajaria todo el mundo.

Most subjunctive sentences have indicator phrases and you could use them to express hopes, wants, emotions, and doubt (just to name a few).

Por ejemplo: Dudo que mi familia vaya a espana. Me siento frustrado cuando mis amigos no tengan dinero.

***DO NOT***Do Not use a free translation site! They do not work. They are ok if you are totally unsure on how to word something, but you need to know how to tweak it and correct errors. I don&#039;t know why students think we don&#039;t know when they use translations sites, because we do!

I havent taken a spanish class in many years but from what i do remeber its saying something about a school.

What does when does not have school?  

thats what a translation came to.
