  1. relax, get a good nights sleep, eat a good healthy breakfast

  2. I was a poor test-taker until I hit college and had a really good instructor, help us students learn how to take tests - since then, no problems.

    These are the keys:

    1) Do NOT look ahead - this will only make your mind start to go crazy

    2) Do NOT worry if you are unsure of the answer to a question, place a mark next to it, move on, then if you have time, come back to those that are marked.

    3) If you cannot mark, then use the process of elimination right away - if you have multiple choice, you can usually eliminate one right away, then eliminate another one, until you have two left . . .

Finally - - PAY attention to the wording of the question - - be especially careful of wording like "all of the following except",

"never", "always".   I think it's like 80% of errors on tests are because people miss these cues - which tells you how to go about finding the answer.

Most importantly, take your time, get a good night's rest, and eat a light breakfast (protein-rich foods) - not lots of sugar / carbohydrate stuff (that's temporary sugar and will get you going, but NOT through the test - - before you are feeling like you're crashing.  Protein and fiber-rich foods (eggs, toast, oatmeal, peanut-butter) are best for long-term concentration and 'test-taking' ability.

  3. maybe its the stress of the test maybe ask ti di it in a resource room to get out of the pressure cooker of a clss room

  4. You should have a friend or parent give you a pretest. Make it so that it's the same atmosphere of the real thing and keep practicing so that you can get over this. You're just really stressed out over the tests, relax.

  5. You or a friend can take your book and your notes and write up your own test.  You've been in the class, so you should be able to use old tests to make up a reasonable new one.  Then take the test, TIMING YOURSELF as if it's a real test.  If you still s***w up, take the test again until you're confident you can do it.  If you are confident, you are less likely to lock up in the real testing environment.

Also, you could ask your teacher for a practice test, or use your old tests (if you cover up your old answers) as a practice test.  Once it becomes automatic, you are less likely to be nervous.
