I need help on this question.i live in a older model house,and from time to time,as im sitting at the computer

Question

in the room .This odor that smells like urine in the corner of the room pops up from time to time. I feel ilke i am being watched.it feels like a spirit, but it's not a bad spirit.i am not afraid of it ,but i get goose bumps,every now and then.when me and my fiance burn sage,and bless the room it stays away for a week or two then returns back to the same location in the house.now tell me is that normal or is there a spirit in my house .what do i do to send this back where it came from?

I can only suggest a bit of white vinegar/water solution in the spot you smell the urine.  Soak the spot, blot and let dry.  You may have to repeat with a stronger vinegar to water solution if a 50/50 doesn't help.

if you have an older house then you may have a rodent problem in attic or wall....... they have a seperate bathroom too ...... sorry

don't you think that an old home may have a bad drain line. Use disinfectant on all your drain lines and toilets and sinks and you might wanna start wondering about the drain pipe lines under the house. No bad spirits bring smells to your home in my opinion. Thank you.

Your home may indeed be cursed by the remnants of previous owner or occupant.  Probably a dog or cat that was without enough time outside.  Inspect the area where you get the smell, under the carpet, feel for any dampness in the carpet or flooring areas.  Urine can saturate through the carpet into the wall and floors.  You might try a solution called nature's miracle. It does a great job of breaking up the oils in the urine and eliminating the odor.
