I need help on tloz phantom hourglass: how do i get though the big door on the last floor of the ocean temple

in b13 its a little room guarded by 3 phantoms and i need to help to get through it i dont know how to open it and i keep gettin hit by he phantoms please help im on my last visit to the temple and i think im near bellum

Is it the door you have to draw a shape on, because one door is in the shape of the hourglass while another door is in the shape of the triforce, if its the triforce its a triangle with a smaller triangle inside, see my avatar it has the triforce in it.
