So, I'm helping to plan a scavenger hunt for the college-aged people at church. However, i've never even participated in a scavenger hunt. I need help with some ideas. We're probably going to do a picture/video scavenger hunt. Thank you!!

  1. I did one with my church group one of the things we had to do was bring back two can food items-(food pantry)(But it has to be from a specific place and they will have a bonus clue for them and they have to guess from the clue given them).Find the oldest place in town and find a unique point and make that a clue. Like where is the oldest place in town and its got a? Is there a road named after a Chapter in the Bible give them a verus and tell them to go to the road that the verus is from and there will be a clue hidden. then have the last clue send them back somewhere for a lunch or snack. get a starting time and ending time and the one who uses the least time and has the most points wins. Hint: Dont tell them they will get extra points for more can goods. Ours ask us to find the employer who had been with the company from the start so silly us goes running into this business that had been open since 1876 starts asking who that might be. duh!!!! we should of thought a little more I guess people dont work when they are 110 year old. and one answer invovled are own church and we didn't get that one either.

  2. where would you be doing it?!? like in a strip center? mall? in the church?

if in mall try stuff like:

take a picture trying on a diff shirt

take pic of you and a sales lady/man.

    pic of you on stairs/escalator/elevator

take pic pouring a packet of ketchup into your mouth.

    stuff like that
