I need help planning a vacation destination. Please Help!?

Question

I am from Massachusetts and I am trying to plan a vacation for this upcoming winter or spring season. I need Ideas for places to go. these places are OUT of the question

Greece (my friend is going here in a few weeks, i dont want to copy) haha

Jamaica (my bf doesnt want to go here)

France (I cant speak french, not a l**k)

Cali (went there three times this past year)

I am looking for somewhere preferably outside of the US although Hawaii is looking pretty nice about now...

I dont mind about the "spending" money I will be taking with me, so please dont tell me "I should save my money and stay local" Any other ideas will help.

I am only looking to spend about 2,000 a person for flight and hotel

Also, do you know what the weather is like in these places(the ones you suggest) at the times I am trying to plan?

Ireland is beatifull  juss stay in the southern part Dublin has alot of nice resturants

France is Romatic so if u have a special someone its nice to go ( France i more americannized they speak english in mst parts i've been there and i cant say more then thank you in french)

Mexico is supposed to be beautiful.

Italy is absolutely stunning...great food, wonderful people...(I don't know Italian and I went with my family. It was unbelievably spectacular).

Spain is lovely, too. I went with my family for about a week.

Cruises are sooo much fun! Take a Caribbean cruise and you can go to like 5 different islands in one trip. A cost can cost you about $1000 person and is all inclusive -alcohol

The weather is perfect and you could go to the most beautiful beaches in the world!!
