I need help planning my daughters third birthday. Any Ideas?

Ok so my daughter is going to be 3 on June 27, we are going to have a party for her on the 28th at my aunt's house. My daughter is very girly and foo foo. lol. I really haven't thought of a theme yet, but am open to a lot of different things. However, I do not like the Disney themes (princess, dora, pooh, barbie, etc). For her first birthday we had a "daisy" theme and decorated everything with daisy's and I even went as far as making a daisy shaped cake, basically it was just pastel colors, It was very cute. I am very contemporary, and would rather go for colors, than a single them, but I am up for anything. I love Pottery Barn and Target and colors that they have for little girls. Also My budget is about $200-$300. I need all the ideas I can get from food to games to a theme. Thanks!!!

My granddaughter is 2-1/2 and she loves dragonflies - Her room is lime green & lavendar.  How does that strike you as a theme and color scheme?  .....   Another cute theme would be either "cupcake" or "ice cream cone".  You could do a layer cake to look like one gigantic cupcake ... or make cupcakes in the flat ice cream cones (stand them up in  a muffin tin, to bake them)..and the colors could be chocolate brown and cotton candy pink.....Or, a Sunflower theme.  I saw some cute cupcakes that had an Oreo at an angle on top of each one, with piped yellow & red petals; and a red M&M attached with a dab of icing, and a line down the back of the M&M with dots to resemble a ladybug ....  I know my Taylor just loves bounce houses and little "treasure hunts", and anything else that she can run around and burn off excess energy:)   I know there are companies who will bring ponies for toddlers to ride to your house (they're usually in a circle, on the street:), and a company that brings trunks of clothes for little girls to play dress up at parties ......
