  1. maybe theres a computer program that would allow you to design it and give you the blueprints for it.

  2. You would need to get a lawyer and present your idea to a major company that develops and manufactures toys. Go with Fisher Price or Mattel, a company that is well known

  3. In order to make something to show to a company for creation you will need to develop a prototype on your own or find someone who can. Most companies will not pay for just an idea written on paper.

Building a prototype can be somewhat cumbersome, but there are people out there who will help you. Try google searching inventors or prototype experts and seeing what can be done. Often times these people are reputable, but will not build you something without a percentage of anything you will make off of this.

If you do find someone always sign a Non-disclosure agreement(NDA) contract before talking about the product to ensure they will not steal your idea. A NDA contract will ensure this and enable you to talk freely.

After the discussion make sure that they can adhere to a schedule. Sometimes they will need a payment upfront before starting the work.

After the prototype is built, make sure you head to the patent office and patent your idea.
