okay i am 13 and have always struggled with my weight. I really need help and with school coming back .i want simple easy recipes and snacks to eat and lose weight for the rest of the summer please help me

  1. This is the Languages forum, so maybe you won't get many answers here. However, what I would suggest is that you eat several small meals during the day instead of three big ones. Keep your meals simple: fresh fruit, raw vegetables, etc. Limit your carbs and sugars and stay away from them late in the evening. Tuna (in water), chicken breast, eggs and beans are great sources of protein. Carrot sticks and frozen grapes are great snacks.

    Start exercising! Like they say, "don't forget to walk the dog, even if you don't have one." If walking bores you, turn your music on and dance. Yes, it really helps. Throw some kicks in while you're at it. Anything to get your heart pumping. Once you start to get more fit, you'll look forward to your exercise routine.

    Also, don't weigh yourself every day. Do it only once a week at the same time (like every Saturday morning when you wake up.)
