I need help pleasse!

ok my dad is making me go to this camp in vermont for 4 days bby myself and i REALLY do not want to go. seriously i would rather work everyday and i hate my job. i just do not want to go to this camp. does anyone have any GOOD ideas that i could tell them to get out of it. i was thinking of telling them i might kill myself but that would make matters worse...please someone help me.

Don't make something up, be honest with him. He'll be able to see through anything fake that you say. Just say, you know what dad, I really don't want to go. I'd rather stay here and work than go to that camp by myself. What are his reasons for wanting you to go? Think of those reasons, and come up with a good rebuttal to each one of them. Talk to him intelligently instead of stomping your feet like a little kid or making something up and lying to him. He'll respect that a lot more.

Don't lie - parents know when you're lying - why not suck it up and go - more than likely you'll have a great time and not want to go home! Always works out like that...
