I need help.. prank callers wasting my money all the time ???? HELP?

Hey, So in the past i don't know 2-3 months I have received hundreds of prank call and texts from the same person.. i have gone way over my minutes.. and when i don't answer their calls they leave messages which i have to listen to on my cell before the hone allows me to delete it.... It has cost me an extra 300 dollars at least and it is never ending, I called the cell phone company and asked for the number, and they refuse to give it to me even if I get a legal document from the police. Now I am extremely pissed because it is a waste of my time and money. I can not get a new number because my business requires me to have the same number (e.x. 1-800-dentist, would be used for a dentist, and my number, all my customers are used to.

-I need to find the number so I can either tell them off or threaten them with firing if they are part of my staff

-I can not delete and change the number that I have now because 1 they will figure it out eventually and 2 I need the current one for my business

-I am very used to hacking and using illegal hacks which I use software to turn them into legal documents... so I would be fine with an illegal software.. please I really need any body who knows maybe a website or anything that can help me, this is serious

-I know that I can go to the police file a document and all that, although I have already done that and yet 3 weeks later I haven't had one call from anyone to help me.. but had tens from prank callers

So if anyone knows anything at all.. please answer this question I really need it, and soon before they raise my mobile bill anymore..

Try and call up your service provider and they can trace the number of the prank caller and block them from calling you I think. Try that :) Hope it all works out well.

Go into Options/Message Setup in your phone and click block/or whatever it is. You then type in the number so next time they ring you look at the number and hopefully it will work/ if they are a private caller it might not though/ try contacting vodafone/telecom if worst comes to the worst. Hope this helps.

Although cellular companies are unable to block the line, with a police warrant they can release the caller's identity and the police can charge them (you can also choose to sue them for the past phone bills if you decide this is necessary).

I had a similar problem too, but it I suspected is was a guy whom I had a restraining order against, so the police obtained a warrant and dealt with it right away.

Please note, this is in Ontario, so your laws may be slightly different.
