I need help!! ?

Question

Ok i am homeschooled (cyber schooled) and can not keep focused today, I need to get my work done. What can I do to keep concentrated?

First get off of here. Second I would say walk away from the computer for about an hour and relax. Watch TV what ever. Then go back and try working.

Drink some cool tea without sugar to calm yourself. Relax. Look outside your front yard, look at the sky. Just chill there. Think of nothing. Enjoy the silence. When you are calm and bored enough then focus back on your school.

Take a mental break....Go for a walk or listen to some music...Schoolwork must be done in "Chunks"; after a period of time, you must take a break to refresh your mind...!!!
