I need help reading/understanding my prescription?

my eye doctor gave me this....

-0.50-0.75x102

and

-0.05-0.75x080

i need to know what am i along the lines of 20/40, 20/20 stuff like that? i need those terms.....

You are mildy nearsighted with mild astigmatism.  My guess is that your vision is around 20/40, but there is no way to determine it based on the prescription.  I suggest you ask your doctor what your uncorrected visual acuity is.  Astigmatism blurs objects at all distances so your vision may appear to be slightly out of focus when uncorrected.
