I need help regarding my new sony ericsson w580i and the music on it?

Question

Ok so when I bought it the guy told me i can download songs from my computer on it and create my own playlist, but I tried and tried and it didnt work, and Im getting really frustrated. Can someone please tell me how to do it cause I have no idea! And dont send me to any sites, Ive already seen all of them, and it still doesnt work, I cant figure it out!! I just need someone to "walk" me through all the steps

Try contacting the company and asking about it. Yes, that does mean you may have to pick up a phone and talk rather than using the computer.
