Question:

I need help remembering an old children's film!?

It was about a boy who ran in to a library when it was raining and started to read a book...then other books came and spoke to him...romance,horror and fantasy books i think...then the boy got sucked in to the books and the film turned to animation. The film is not the Never-ending story although it sounds quite similar.
