I need help...ringtones wont work on my phone!?

I downloaded a ringtone from ventones.com....and when they sent it to my phone, I tried listening to it, but a message popped up and said that I needed a handler for it....what is a handler and how do I get one....btw, I have a Katana from Sprint

you need to change the format because your phone doesn't handle the mp3 ones. I also have a katana. If you want, I'll change the format for you. Go to my profile and send me a message and I'll help
