I need help selecting a paint color for my room?

so I jsut got my own room and I don't like my current room color = dark blue. I want to change it to a bright color like yellow

i want like a pastel yellow...

do yu know any other nice color yellows?

or any color suggestion for a girl. i like birght colors

about this to go with it you could always tone it down a bit if you think that the yellow is too strong but if you add black it will pop!

I would definitely go with a softer yellow and have your accent wall another pastel color, maybe a pink or green pastel?

colors have meanings so go by that as well:

purples and blues: make you feel warmth and calmness

greens: make you feel at ease and organically comfortable, organized.

yellow: helps you concentrate- good for classrooms

red: makes you feel bold
