I need help with how to decide the monday night game as a tie breaker and if two people our tied and so forth please give me some idea as to how to decide this

The best tie-breakers I've seen have to do with handicapping scores.  Have them pick the Monday night game - the winner, and the score for each team. The player who gets closest to the actual margin of victory is the winner.  If it happens that the margin is the same, award the money to the person who came closest on the score of the winning team.

Pay $3 a week for 17 weeks.  An example is that you have 10 people.  So $30 a week is brought in.  Keep $2 from each person, and pay out $10 to the winner of each week.  That extra $20 goes to the end of the year fund where the person with the best record gets 70% and the second best gets 30%.  

Monday night game is your tie breaker and everyone picks the total number of points scored.  Winner is closest to that number of points and ties just split the money.
