I need help sleeping?

I try but i cant i only start to feel sleepy after 3AM and school starts soon,and if i don't start sleeping soon i will go insane. I will not take drugs! This was written at 2:42 AM I'm not tired right now

  2. Attack it from the OTHER side. Force yourself -now- to get up and stay up at the time you will have to get up to go to school. That is, lie down in bed and act like you are asleep. Set the alarm and get up when it goes off. Then stay out of bed all day and don't even rest. Then go to bed when you need to the next day and repeat it all. Don't let up on yourself.
