Yes...i know this is very stupid.....but yeah, i got a questions.

When i was dueling with my friend. I put down Crystal seer face down. He uses shield crush on my (face - down) monster, so my crystal seer dies, but does the effect still work? it's a flip effect..

A flip effect will only work if the card is flipped face-up and Shield Crush destroys Seer without flipping it so the effect never activates.

No. Since it was destroyed by an effect of a Spell Card or Trap Card or Monster Effect, the Monster is not flipped up, unless the card specifies this. If the card is not flipped up when it is destroyed, the Flip Effect does not take action.
