I currently weigh maybe a little over 170 and I am 17 years old. I will be 18 in January. I really want to get down to about 130 before my 18th birthday. I want to say my main issue is my belly but it's also my legs. I don't have a "fat face" or anything just the belly and legs=[.
I have planed to try and eat mainly stuff like carrots apples oranges and salad, no dressing just lettuce carrot and all that.
I want to also drink more water, I rarely drink water. I also want to give up on caffine as much as possible but I know I can't completely stop it because I am so addicted to it.
I also plan to start doing sit ups and push ups and walking for a little bit before bed, half to try and be able to sleep more.
What else should I do to lose 40 pounds in 4 months?
