I need help to lose weight!!!! Help me please?

I currently weigh maybe a little over 170 and I am 17 years old. I will be 18 in January. I really want to get down to about 130 before my 18th birthday. I want to say my main issue is my belly but it's also my legs. I don't have a "fat face" or anything just the belly and legs=[.

I have planed to try and eat mainly stuff like carrots apples oranges and salad, no dressing just lettuce carrot and all that.

I want to also drink more water, I rarely drink water. I also want to give up on caffine as much as possible but I know I can't completely stop it because I am so addicted to it.

I also plan to start doing sit ups and push ups and walking for a little bit before bed, half to try and be able to sleep more.

What else should I do to lose 40 pounds in 4 months?

    40 lbs in 4 months is impossible.

    trust me..

    even if you do those diets that guarantee you 20 lbs in 2 weeks, it's impossible because after u get off the diet, and eat normal, youll simply gain all the weight back.

    SINCE YOU'RE young, ur only 17, just eat well, 1400-1900 calories a day, and exercise 1-2 hours a day.

    You'll be losing inleast 3 lbs a week, and the lighter you get, the less weight you will lose.

    (a kinda good thing)

    DONT GO TO THE  WEBSITE THAT DUDE GAVE U ABOUT WEIGHT...

    IT HAS VIRUSES AND IT'S ALL A SCAM.. THEY CHARGE YOU, DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!!!!


  2. take halve the food you were going to eat and replace it with salad veggies or something healthier it really works well and get lots of fibre

  3. You have the right idea. Cutting out junk food and being more active will not only help you loose weight, but will also make you more healthy in general. It's about changing your whole lifestyle altogether, as faddy diets simply don't work. But you must be realistic. There is no way that you can healthily loose 40lbs in 4 months, it just can't be done. Just stick to your original plan, and keep being sensible. Good luck ;) x
