I need help to plan a Fall Festival at an apartment Community where I work and live any ideas ?

I live where I work and want to do something fun for the kids and adults I was thinking a Fall Festival but dont know where to begin ...

Open Fire cookout (or grill) hot dogs, chips, coleslaw......you need games...bean bag toss, horseshoes, ring toss, volleyball or badminton, pumpkin carving or drawing, football toss, gift bags or prizes...... Most can be donated from grocery stores or locals. Candy Corn in  ajar for a prize, raffle, blind auction, lots of volunteers........ Good luck!

oktoberfest! i'm a caterer, the rest of the info ya gotta pay for ;-) you could probably get some ideas just googling it, have fun!
