I need help to re-size a small image..?

I have a small image I would like to edit urgently using photoshop.Unfortunately I don't have installed on my computer..Anybody who can help me make the necessary size changes..its just a minor adjustment.Please

Use Gimp.

If you just want to resize it, you can just use the built-in mspaint and do Image + Stretch and Skew.
