I need help to remember a show I remember watching a long time ago, it was aired on CBBC?

I recently thought of an old show which I am sure was shown on cbbc. It was about twin girls who I think lived on a farm or horse sanctuary. They used to always care for the horses.

There was one episode I remember the most, it was where one of the twins had fallen off her horse and I THINK she had gotten lost, but I am NOT sure. If you have any suggestions as to what this show might be please help me.

I remember it too. Home Farm Twins. Tom Felton who is Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter was in it for a while.

Helen and Hannah were the twins. And their father was a vet. :)

i remeber that but can't think what it was called either they were both blonde wern't they? and i think there dad was a vet look on youtube.com
