I need help to remove Trojan_DNS changer and <span title="Trojan-downloader.popuper?">Trojan-downloader.popuper...</span>

Question

i download this game for my sister since she wanted it badly i scanned it but avast found nothing wrong with it then i installed it nothing bad happen but once my sis started to play all theses trojans warings and adware came out with my avast i deleted them then spyware doctor told me it blocked trojans but i found i still have Trojan_DNS changer and Trojan-downloader.popuper i want to delete them i think that theres more but i dont know how to remove em all!!! help me plz

use your skyward detector to locate where the file is. a common place for it would be c:/windows/system32/ something. so right down the name of it. then do the whole start&gt;my computer&gt; etc etc and find the file. right click and delete it. if its un-deletable (most window files are, because people are so stupod they delete all of them and then get a problem with their computer, but if you only delete a couple it will be OK trust me) then download &quot;unlocker&quot; (search it on google, its free. its basically an unlocker for all computer files that cant be delete it. after downloading, go back to the file, right click &quot;unlocker&quot; and then click delete.

you can get rid of them is by buying this system!

webroot spysweeper its pretty expensive but thats the only way

to get rid of them also you may not know this but once

the trojans get in over 1,000 spy cookies do too! try to get rid

of them as soon as possible

Use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:

Disconnect your computer from the internet

Run vundo

Restart your computer

Run the tool again to ensure no traces are left.

If there are the reboot into Safe Mode and run FixVundo again.

You can look over symantec.com and see if they have any directions on manual removal of those particular programs. You may have to get an anti-virus program other then spyware doctor. Good luck

You don&#039;t need to buy anything and your Avast did it&#039;s work right by telling you the game had no VIRUS. But Trojans, etc., are NOT virus. They are spyware, and no matter how good Avast is (I have it, too) it won&#039;t find and eliminate spyware. The one I have successfully used for over a year is SuperAntiSpyware. It does just what it says it will do - find and remove ALL the spyware, not just the easy ones.

The easiest way to remove them is to buy an anti virus software, I remove all the malware on my system using different kinds of tools e.g Microsoft&#039;s Malicious Software Removal Tool, Windows Defender and the good old yahoo tool bar has the capability to removal some malware.

2. The best way but not so easy is to delete the files and folders manually. You need to log into safe mode to do this. I would advise you run webroot spysweeper first and the keep not of the locations of the files or folders be fore you log into safe mode to delete them.

The easiest way is to install Norton 360 free trial. If it downloads and installs it should take it out. I couldn&#039;t get it to install, so I had to do a SYSTEM RESTORE and take the pc back to it&#039;s out of box original condition. Some registry cleaners and rootkits can delete it, but I couldn&#039;t get any of them to install because this trojan is so bad. Good Luck!
