The  personel/workers  (apart  from  a  few)  don't  have  any  knowledge  or  respect  for  the  job,  and  the  animation  they  put  on  is  not  working..

A  boy  named  Murat  is  trying  to  do  his  best  for  the  foreigners  (favours  and  such).

There's  only  2  choices  in  the  snack  bar  and  the  hotel  doesn't  deserve  5  stars..........3  or  4  at  the  most  .

The staff, save for a few people, is uninterested and has no knowledge about it. The animations are not entertaining. A friend called Murat is doing whatever he can to favor (the) foreigners/strangers. There are two different kinds of snack bars. Bottom of the line: it's a hotel that doesn't deserve 5 stars, maybe 3 or 4 stars.
