I need help trying NOT to get pregnant!!!

I know there is birth control and all of that but i was told by my doctor that i am not allowed to take/use ne form of birth control that messes with my hormones. I'm dumbstruck on what to use now. I use condoms but i would like to be a lot more safe with this. i DONT want to get pregnant. Please help!!!! Thank you...

They have MANY birth control methods! They have the shot..and vaginal ring..and vaginal sponge -and so these SHOUDNT mess with your hormones, good luck!!

Ask your doc. about Para-Gard. It's a birth control that has no hormones. Or ask about other birth control methods that don't have hormones. Or don't have s*x!

easy peesy lemon squeezy. Listen, use birthcontrol. It hardly messes with your hormones, it actually makes you have less cramps, pms, and lighter periods. Condoms are a must. But the best fix DON'T HAVE s*x! s*x is for people TRYING to concieve, and if you're not ready for babies, and the other conqequences that come with s*x, then you're NOT ready for s*x!!!!!

do you have a medical condition that makes it so you cant take hormones? most birth control used hormones.

you could get a diaphragm, use sponge and spermicide, and condoms. thats about all your choices. you should talk to your doctor about your options, and about why you cant take pills.
