I need help trying to express myself...?

chyeah i do. i wish i could explain myself but words escape me. help?

  1. First learn to express your feelings on paper(yes write ALL your thoughts and feelings down ). Then say them out loud until you are comfortable saying them (repetition always helps calm nerves and jog memory). Then say it to the person (speak your mind with out double-thinking everything or over analyzing  etc...) You probably just get nervous or have slight anxiety when talking to people. Either way this method will help you focus more on what you want to say to people and also give you the willpower to say it.
