I need help turning on heater for 70's jacuzzi [platinum series]?

There is power to the jacuzzi but my dad has lost the manual. Please help.

  1. Is the heater plugged into the controller?  Is the heater turned on?  If so, adjust the thermostat to increase the temperature.  Also there are GFCIs and or breakers built into the controller.  Make sure they are all reset.
