I need help uploading pictures from my blackberry curve to my computer.?

i don't have a password to send the pictures to my email, so that won't work. this stupid thing called "mass storage mode" keeps popping up. PLEASE HELP

Can't you get your password re-set? Or create a new e-mail from yahoo or something. If that doesn't work then your phone should have come with a cd to install a program such as media manager....then it should have come with a usb cell-to-computer connector for you to connect your phone to the computer. Once you install the software reset your computer or restart and then open the program click on the files for your phone i think its something like directory files, user, photos etc...(at least on mine) all your pictures will be there your recordings, your info, notes etc. you just have to know which file. That's the only way I know besides sending it to yourself through e-mail. hope it helps
