I need help using UPX.exe (Ultimate packer for executables)?

Will someone give me a short tutorial? I opened UPX, and it opened fine, and when I tried to unpack a file, it would not work.

  1. I guess that to unpack an executable with UPX, it must have been packed with it in the first place.
