I need help w/ my 15yr old cousin?

I have a 15yr old cousin that my grandma adopted i've always kinda been a 2nd momma to her i found out shes had s*x once b4 an wasn't smart about it but thank god she didnt get pregnant well now i wanna take her to get birth control but im not her legal guardian an if i talk to my grandma about this situation she'll have a breakdown cuz she's very old school like so how can i take my cousin without grandma knowing just yet??

Take her to a clinic. Like Planned Parent hood. They will help her out there and there is no way of your grandmother finding out.
