  1. Hi Joe-

Great question!  My wife and I are travel agents. In reading the other posts, I agree with the person who said, "take a cruise." A cruise is the best bang for your buck." You know up front your airfare, cruise, taxes, and fees and best of all....the food is all you can eat and all inclusive! Cruises are relaxing and fun! I am certain you could find what you are looking for in the $ range of which you want to spend.

Check out our website at Mytravelpage2000.us. Our contact info is on the website if you should wish to have assistance in booking or if you should have further questions.

    Have a great time!

  2. Grenada trust me

  3. st.croix virgin islands

  4. The cayman islands. There is soo much to do and it is a nice island. The 7 mile beach on grand cayman is one of the best in the world! You can swim with the stingrays which is pretty cool and there is some great snorkeling!

some great sites with tons of information on the islands:

  5. First I suggest a cruise.  You will both have a great time, each can go their separate ways or not.  You will have the safety and security of being able to visit interesting ports in the day and then settle into your very clean room at night.  I personally look for ports like Cancun, Cozumel, St. Marten, St. Thomas (very busy now) and the cruise lines private Islands are really nice if you like to get into the water or take a hike.  I avoid the Bahamas and Jamaica, won't bother getting off the ship anymore in Jamaica the locals ruin it   The food on these ships is amazing and you can pick and choose any and all it's your trip so whatever makes you happy.  You will also save money by taking the cruise, call a travel agent and get your final pricing they always have deals.  They also have peak seasons and off season so you can save there as well.  I have personally been on 7 cruises and I can't wait till the next.  Go to cruisecritic.com to review ships of choice.  Lots of info for you there.

  6. Hi, Joe

I can suggest you go Dominican Republic

It is quite affortable (plane tickets, resorts/hotels)  it has nices beaches, resorts, nightclubs, restaurants,  many things to do. etc

So that amount of money would be enough for a 7-10 days vacation.

  7. depending where you live--Cuba has beautiful beaches, Dominican Republic Punta Cana, or Margarita Island Venezuela.

escapes.ca for cheap all inclusives out of Canada.

  8. Hi,

My personal suggestion would be go to Puerto Plata (north coast of the Dominican Republic), there you gone to find anything for young people and not to expensive. I suggest you take a "all-inclusive holiday) plane, transfer, taxes, hotel, food and drinks all in the price). Here at Playa Dorada you have several good hotels. Just ask your travel agent for info with this info as background. If more info needed, just ask, I'm a inbound tour operator here. Enjoy it!

  9. The Virgin Islands especially St.Croix.

Most likely stay at the east end of St.Croix. The Best two hotels is either Divi Carina Bay or Buccaneer( both are world renown) and the Town is the best place to shop Chrisriansted. Cheap clothes, expensive, Handcrafted things etc... The hottest relaxing beach Grape tree bay. Gas is extra cheap here and It's not over populated. There are many places to shop and they have so many restaurant to choose from. You can find any meal from anywhere in the Caribbean here because we are the melting pot of Cultures. And you'll enjoy yourself.

  12. Go to Roatan. It has beautiful beaches, great reefs to explore. One of the highest end condos rented for 1200 a week, but had 3 bedrooms and over 200 sq. ft. There are many deals, look on tripadvisor.com for first hand accounts of prior travelers. I have been there three times and love it.
