I need help wit my zune?

Question

my friend wants me 2 put musik on her zune 4 her.

but idk how...

i hav an ipod.

now i plugged it in2 my computer but it doesnt do anythin.

its brand new she didnt use it yet.

i dont even kno how 2 turn it on.

do i need 2 install somethin like itunes?
