I need help with Assassins Creed?

i have the game and i beat it 2 or 3 times but i still dont understand the whole thing can someone plz explain it to me thanks

what don't you understand? anything that you don't understand is probably hypothesis and can not be answered because it has to do with the sequels. I have only played through it once and I get it... no offense.

altair is assasin in the beginning hje is ***** and gets owned he has to get his rank back in the creed when he assasinates the templars they have no regrets becaus they feel they did good for various reasons his master is part of the templars & he finds an orb that controls minds for reasons i dont understand he is not affected by the orb and then kills the leader of the creed/templars. the orb islost until modern times.          

now it gets tricky the templars are still alive and well and are looking 4 te orb they believe there is genetic memory in our brain passed through the generations by genes the animus taps into this and plays it like a movie (which is basically the whole game)and is recorded on a laptop the templars use this info to get a map  to find one of the orbs(apparently there are more than one) but i dont get how anyway that bout sums it up but i still dont get the scene immediatly before the credits hope i helped

- your ancesters were assassins and you have a memory that you cant open.

- the ppl want to know what the memory is because it locates a special jewl tht makes a power and if u use the power u can control ppl thoughts.

- so when u played as ur ancestors u killed all the ppl tht knew where to find the jewel.

- ur "master" had u kill them so he was the only one tht could control it..

- u kill him and find out where each is on the world. which is what the "researchers" wanted to know.

- once the ppl figure out where they are they are gonna kill you.

- the girl is helping you if u read an email if u figure out what it says its "we'll be there soon".  all tht time she was helping u.

- all the ppl they have worked on before to me wen crazy.

The scientists that you are with work for an organization that wants to know where the treasure is that gave that last boss guy all of his power. So they find this guy (the character you play) and use his "genetic memories" to find where his ancestor hid the treasure.
