I need help with Stroke and Fill on PhotoFiltre!?

Question

I have just learned how to fill a background object, but it will not let me fill it with a picture?! Heres a picture of what i am stuck on!

I don't know this program, and it seems like it doesn't have masking like Photoshop. You can use layers (put the photo on the bottom so it peeks through the rays) or use the select tool to cut out a triangle of the photo and place it between each ray.
