  5. Ok I googled villain names: this is what I found

When considering name possibilities for your Antagonist, here are some points to keep in mind:

It needs to be pronounceable. This should hold true for any name you settle on, but for villains in particular, it’s important.

How scary is it if your evil overlord is named Khfgzxtsf, and no one can pronounce it? The minions would spend hours trying to find the right way to address their master, and he’d probably end up with people butchering the spelling, let along the pronunciation. (At least Cthulhu has vowels; Lovecraft knew what he was doing.)

Pick something that people can say. After all, your antagonist will have to introduce him/herself at some point.

Is it a respectful name? By this I mean, is the name a deliberate insult used only to make your antagonist sound “bad” or unlikable or stupid?

For example, in Brian Jacques’ Redwall series, quite a few of the vermin (the bad guys) will have insulting names (like Rotnose in Martin the Warrior) to further add to the impression they are stupid and evil.

If you wouldn’t name your Hero something like Slugbreath, then don’t be naming your Antagonist such a thing, either. The exception is if your antagonist comes from a culture where Slugbreath is considered an honorable name and is the norm. ;-) Or you’re doing satire/humorous, in which case a lot of things can be bent or altered to heighten the amusement.

In fantasy, hard constants, the letters S, Z and X tend to be considered appropriate for “bad guy” names, and it’s true, the hard or sibilant letters do evoke a certain sense of… villainy.
