I need help with a formula in excel spreadsheet.?

Question

When cell "F2" has reached the amount of "2" i would like cell "A2" to become highlighted in green. Can someone please show me the formula for this??

Select cell A2 then Format  >  Conditional Formatting.

Set the dropdown menu to 'Formula is' and enter "= F2 = 2"  (no quotes) in the space to the right.

Then, click 'Format' and set 'Pattern' to the green of your choice.

Click 'OK'.

Select cell F2, then

Go to Format > Conditional Formatting
