a good friend of mine was on probation and recently got arrested for battery with serious injury and vandalism for up to $400 i just want some kind of honest prediction of how long he will be in jail! can anyone help me?

  1. not that long. depends if he has been in trouble before


  2. a month to six months.  if he's an adult, with violation of probation.  then again my brother got sentenced a year and served 8 days.  my buddy for dui was sentenced 30days, he served 18.  the system sucks bro.
