I need help with a hypothesis!!! please help ?

i have to think of hypothesis for this

why plants dont grow that much at high elevation or at too low of a elevation. why do they grow the most right between the middle?

  1. well i wont write it for you but..... If you essentially use the phrase "high elevation has too low an air density" and maybe about "lower elevations have a higher atmospheric pressure"


  2. At high elevation you don't have much CO2 and it is much colder. In the middle its moderate temps. Not clear that things too poorly at low elevations. You're probably thinking Death Valley (below sea level). But the deserts of Arizona that extend into Canada certainly are not at low elevations. Also the Amazon has lots of plant growth and it is at a low elevation. Plants grow best where they have the best nutrients (CO2 being one), water, and temperature (not too hot or cold).

  3. At high elevation there's low air density and probably too cold also

    at low elevation- no sun?
