I need help with a liquor gift?

Question

Hey, a good friend of mine is leaving and I wanna get him something REAL nice. Either really really expensive Rum or some cool liquors with awesome bottles... please give me suggestions! Something that a 20 something guy would like, and HE LOVES RUM. Or cool bottles, ya know, guy stuff. HELP!

Pyrat Rum or Pyrat XO - VERY good rums in fairly cool bottles - not a planet or weapon or a girlie, but as bottles go, it's at least nice looking.

Zaya Guatemala 12yo doesn't have a terribly exciting bottle, but it's a pretty good drink.

One thing you can do is to get a glass bottle that looks cool and has the standard-sized neck opening, wash&rinse it out thoroughly, and use a funnel or liquor spout to transfer the rum into the cooler bottle.  Unlike wine or beer, spirits won't suffer much from being opened and moved into another container, so long as the prolonged exposure to air is minimized.  Just make sure if he's taking it on a plane or something that it's very well sealed and wrapped up.

Captain Morgan Is the BEST RUM!!!!!  Seriously yummy!  But Bacardi is good too.

I found this on line liquor store that has tons of different tiny bottles of rum.  You could get him a whole bunch of them and instead of making a candy basket or whatever, make him a rum one.  Complete with different flavors of rum, shot glasses and even some mixers i.e. a can of coke, a can of 7 up, a thing of pineapple, mojito mix.  It would definitely be worth remembering.  Here is the web site!!

I would get him a bottle of his favorite with a cool glass set. Cool bottles are hard to find and very pricey. Hope this helps!

a 20 something guy? I'd say quantity over quality... try to find his personal preference, and get a couple bottles of the stuff.
