I need help with a movie... Tarzan?

I don't know if you remember the movie Tarzan that was released in 1999 I think... I am looking 4 the guy who played Tarzan in the movie. It is a funny movie, he had that monkey that could talk and he had also an elephant that acted like a dog... Cr@p I don't remember the exact title of the movie. Pls if anyone could help me I would appreciate it! =)

The movie is George of the Jungle.

He's one of my favorite actors lol.
